    Coronary heart disease, including the following five types, namely, the occult, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, heart failure and arrhythmia and sudden death type, any type can be caused by factors other than coronary atherosclerosis reasons. If the patient only the performance of ECG ischemia without angina can be diagnosed as asymptomatic myocardial ischemia.

    (3) patients over the age of 40 cardiac enlargement, heart failure, and papillary muscle dysfunction, rather than using myocardial disease or other reason to explain, and two of the following three: the ① hypertension; ② high cholesterol hyperlipidemia; ③ diabetes.
